Myrtle Salt

Our myrtle salt is made with myrtle leaves, a shrub very common in the Corsican scrub. The typical aroma of myrtle goes perfectly with game meat such as wild boar or kid. You can use our salt to season stuffings or pâtés, and all types of dishes with sauce.
