Corsican olive oil - Special vintage

This special cuvée offers an exceptional, extra-virgin oil, intensely fruity and sweet, with aromas of tender artichoke, fresh almonds and hazelnuts. Obtained with olives of the Ghjermana variety, specific to Casinca and Castagniccia, picked ripe and pressed the same day in the property's mill, this oil will do wonders drizzled on fish, pasta or grilled vegetables.

Bottling is done after natural decantation and without filtering. Produced by François Andreani, Castellare-di-Casinca, Haute-Corse.
