Corsican “fruity green” olive oil (25cl)

Our organic“ fruity green ” Corsican olive oil, harvested from the tree, is extracted mainly from Germania di Casinca olives, an early variety. It is fluid, fiery, with a hint of bitterness and intense vegetable aromas: almond, raw artichoke, fennel… Recommended with fresh goat cheese, raw vegetables or salads, tartare or carpaccio.
