“Ripe fruity” Corsican olive oil (50cl)

Our organic " ripe fruity " Corsican olive oil has an incomparable, sweet and fruity taste. Made exclusively with olives of the Capanacce variety, a small olive with intense aromas, harvested when ripe, this oil is long in the mouth and has great aromatic richness: notes of hazelnuts, lime blossom, toasted pine... In the kitchen, it will be used on fish, white meat and all starchy foods; and of course for mayonnaise or aioli. It will even slip into certain desserts such as roasted fruit, citrus salads, or poached peaches with mint.
