Made with the greatest care by François Andreani in Castellare-di-Casinca, from a single early variety of olive, it is, from harvest to bottling, the object of a treatment entirely natural which allows it to retain all its purity and aroma. This is the secret of this clear oil, which its very low acidity and optimal quality make exceptional.
