This original immortelle gin is made in Corsica by LN Mattei, also creator of the Cap Corse aperitif. On the nose, juniper is highlighted, embellished with citrus notes and herbaceous touches brought by marjoram, bay leaf and fennel. On the palate, fresh citrus notes of citrons and lemons from Corsica flourish on the subtle aroma of juniper, supported by fennel seeds and a touch of immortelle.
