This Distilled Dry Gin created by LN Mattei, which also created the Cap Corse aperitif, is the fruit of the distillation of a selection of citrus fruits and plants inspired by the aromatic richness of the Corsican maquis. It presents a beautiful nose of juniper with slight vegetal touches, brought more particularly by bay leaf and immortelle; it is enriched on the palate with citrus notes exhaled by lemons and citrons from Corsica. Its beautiful freshness and its unique taste are balanced on a finish that is both round and light!
