Myrtle jelly

Myrtle jelly from Domaine Orsini reveals all the flavors of this berry so widespread in the Corsican maquis. To be eaten for breakfast or dessert, as an accompaniment to vanilla ice cream or plain yoghurt, or as an ingredient in a pastry preparation: cake, rum baba.
