Onion confit from Corsica

Our onion confit accompanies a duck breast or a good foie gras on a slice of gingerbread. It also goes well with a filet mignon or cold meat. On a cheese platter, you can pair it with fresh goat's cheese, creamy tomme de brebis or Brie de Meaux. You can also use it on toast as an appetizer, with warm goat cheese. It's divine!
