Eggplant caviar

Our artisanal eggplant caviar can be enjoyed cold on toast rubbed with garlic. You can also dip vegetable sticks or Italian breadsticks in it. Hot, it goes wonderfully with grilled fish and barbecued meats. Also use it in cooking, with parmesan, in a risotto for example.
